You can video chat as long as you need. Our average session is 15 minutes, however you can video chat for a shorter or longer amount of time. You can also book again if you need to gather materials or tools that the pro has recommended.
How am I charged?
You will be charged at the end of your video chat with the card that you added. The charge will be per minute of the video chat. The price you see on the profile is the per minute price. If you or the pro loses connection the time will be paused until you or the pro gets back on the chat.
Should I use a Video Chat Pro or a Local Business?
You should use a Video Chat Pro if you are full hands on. You own or can acquire any tool needed to complete this project. You just need direction from a licensed Pro and a material list.
You should use a local business if you are looking for consultation and estimate from a local company. You may or may not be able to complete the project yourself. The company can guide you to make that decision for yourself.

Always Download the latest version of the Video Chat a Pro APP for your device from the APP store that supports your devices operating system.
There are 2 Mobile APPs on the Android or iOs APP Stores.
